"The room was very small and the bathroom showers were not wide enough for an adult male over 6'. I'm 6'2" and I had to stand sideways. The bathroom is overall to tight. The toilet area is so narrow, I cut my thigh on the toilet paper holder metal cover as I tried to sit down on the toilet. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle to do my business. The bed was hard and the they tried to mask that with a nicer duvet. All the crevices in the furniture were full of dust. I suspect housekeeping only cleans surfaces and nothing more. I will never stay there again."

"Me and my sons went up to Columbus for a mini spring break getaway and stayed at this hotel. Everything about it was great...the location, the staff, the rooms, the pool, food, all of it. You really can’t beat free soda and popcorn when you’ve got kids with you. The breakfast was really good - many options and same for the 5:30 kickback. My boys kept asking if we could stay the rest of the week just for the hotel. We will be back anytime we visit Columbus."

"The water in the pool was a milky white and the water in the hot tub was a light shade of brown. The sheett on the bed had blood on it. We reported it to management and they were very courteous and helpful by giving us a refund and we left. So technically we did not stay, we were only in the room long enough to see the dirty bed."
