"We were told they only clean and restock rooms every other day during your stay. We needed clean towels, coffee pods, cups everyday. Had to go down to the desk to request these items. Front desk person was nice and obtained the items we needed to get by. I feel the rooms should be restocked every day during your stay."

"We arrived late, and the property was really busy, but Nancy was handling everything like a pro! I was amazed at how hard she was working not just to make sure everyone was adequately accommodated, but that we all had a pleasant stay and experience. When I saw her still going hard in the morning, I was even more impressed. We also had a great experience with breakfast staff, and we were pleased at how kind and accommodating they were.
