The couch pillow, in the room was stained and needed to be trashed the couch was stained too, which was not too concerning for me since it was not going to be utilized by me. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling but seemed to be operable. When staff were alerted at check in, they were nonchalant. "Nice hotel for a quick stay in Columbus. Not right in the middle of things so it's quiet. The only issue I had was there was no house keeping service during our stay. I don't mind if no one comes in to make the bed, but it's important to me to give us fresh towels, especially when they didn't leave enough for the two days we were there. If you don't provide that service you should let guests know ahead of time."

Luggage carts in the garage, took it right over to my car and then right into the elevator and up to my room. The room was HUGE!!!! Free breakfast and dinner buffet that was delicious.
