"Unfortunately, we did not stay at this hotel. The hotel was not fit on terms of health and safety factors. The wait to check-in was unusually long. As we drove around to find a parking spot, we viewed shopping carts; small charcoal grills; plastic bags of clothing and household goods on-under stair cases. We were given a room card which was on the second level. Had to push through people standing outside the room next to us. Tried the room key and were unable to gain access to the room. Looked like the electronic door key had been tampered with and broken. Returned to front desk and were told someone would be there to help. Housekeeping finally came but was unable to get in. She radioed maintenance and he was able to get in room. It was filthy and had a half drunk Mt.Dew bottle on the table. On the floor was the heating/cooling unit ripped off the wall. No pillows; blankets or bedspreads on beds. It was frightening to see. We turned our key over to the maintenance man who let us in and told him we wanted a refund. He took our key and said we needed to contact Hotels.com for refund. It was a horrible experience and will have a hard time booking thru Hotels.com again. "

"Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience"

"The room was clean. Mattress was uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. The shower was hot but the pressure was a dribble- really not even able to shower. Breakfast was continental with few extras but creamers on first morning curdled in the coffee. Threw it out. The next morning’s coffee was fine. Area appeared safe and fairly well cared for."

"The room we had was VERY nice! Everything was very clean and taken well care of. The staff was amazing, everyone who helped us out was so nice. Plenty of restaurants around for your specific tastes as well as plenty of late night eats! There were also plenty of shops around the area too of you were in a pinch of needing something you forgot or are just looking to go shopping! Breakfast was nice and hot, the breakfast sandwich and scrambled eggs were delish. Overall GREAT stay and would definitely come back again!! "
