"I liked the maid that was cleaning the rooms because the remote to the TV was broke and she gave us another one. She was very nice. What I didn't like was the doors to the rooms was loud when they closed and also the air conditioner in our room made a noise."

"This was our second time visiting this area, excellent. Very friendly and vey clean . We loved staying there. We will be booking there again . And would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay !!!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!"
