You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

The room was nicely laid out, well maintained, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there was no hairdryer in the room and while the welcome page said one was available, there wasn't.

Great Customer Service however I thought it was weird that the bathroom didn’t have much like tissues or lotion or hair dryer. The kitchen had the dishes in the dishwasher which I found strange. The bed wasn’t bad but it had thin sheets I prefer thick blankets. I thought overall it was good experience for a last min booking.

The whole place seems new and clean. Our room was great; nice layout, spacious, in great shape and comfy. The staff was especially kind. When we arrived in the middle of the night, they were still attentive and helpful. Great experience.
