"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better."

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"You have to book cleaning asap, otherwise they won’t clean your room/replace your towels. For a four night stay we didn’t get a single cleaning even though we were told there’s mandatory cleaning days. The location was a good 12mn walk from the metro station, other than that it’s good, you get what you pay for. "

"The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."
