"Staff and rooms are bar none the best in Madrid. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the Wellington club access rooms are worth the splurge (complimentary snacks and small plates through the day and evening, deck access if weather permits (or you smoke) and complementary drinks- think high end airport lounge. It goes above and beyond in every way, even though it has the best location in Madrid. "
"Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean.
My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do.
I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape."
"I truly loved the stay at Leonardo Hotels and the service was great. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and up to standard plus the breakfast was great. I truly loved the view and would come back."
