The property is beautiful. Room was very comfortable and eveyything was top quality. The staff was very friendly. We landed very early morning and reached the hotel at 7am. They made sure our room was ready that early and provided us with free early check in.

The hotel is an ideal boutique property. The property feels like an elegant home . Our room, a junior suite was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Also very quiet for an urban hotel. The well trained staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a warm and delightful welcome from Antia. She recommended and booked outstanding dining experiences. This was an awesome experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The front desk staff ensured we knew our way around Marid, they made dining reservations for us, they called the rental car company for us, they let us know where to stop on the way to San Sabastian, really anything we asked! The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here.
