"I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund."

The new owners refused to honor my original rate that I had reserved months ago and decided to increase the rate by over $65 the day of. It was completely unacceptable and the most ridiculous situation I've been in. the hotel was run down and not clean as the previous reviews had said. "The bath tub had mold. There was a bed not made ie someone was still there, as well as a mountain dew almost full. The kitchen sink was unusable, as it sprayed all over. I slept on the couch, not folded out. It had a oil stain on it. I covered it with a freshly washed comforter."

"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms.
