"The room is pretty small but that is the norm for hotels in Tokyo. Outside of that everything was great, I personally would skip the hotel breakfast. "

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Great location. 7 eleven around the corner is so convenient for breakfast, drinks and snacks. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes walk away. Staff are helpful and responsive to our needs. There is an elevator on the street level for those who have difficulty carrying their luggage up the steps to the first floor reception area."

"I'll start with the cons. It is a small room, but I expected it. If you have a large suitcase or two, you will have little room to move around. My Tetris skills finally have a use. Pros. 1. Location. Close to a train station - Hijashi-Shinjuku. Perfect for getting to and leaving the hotel. Literally almost at the door step. The main Shinjuku station is within walkable distance too.- but not one you want to walk with your suitcases. But perfect to walk and sightsee to and from the hotel....

"Flat out amazing. The breakfast is so delicious and a beautiful experience, highly recommend. The room was beautiful with nice amenities. Shower was a little underwhelming but used the public bath, which was very hot temp but a good experience. Tattoos are fine. Will definitely be back"
