Excellent stay near ueno. Spacious for family of 4. It was near residential area but close enough to train station. About 15 mins walk to yamanote line and 10 mins to another. It's was more hotel than abb. No microwave and washing machine but everything else you need. Was a comfortable stay after a long day. Be cautious tho, we ending up on the 5th floor which was exhausting w/o an elevator.

The room was very nice. Clean and just right for our family of 4. Note that they is no elevator and no staff to assist. We were expecting to climb stairs with our luggage so it was no big deal and we'd absolutely stay there again. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was quiet but near lots of great places to see and places to eat too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Sakura Cross Hotel Okachimachi. The location was excellent, with the station just a short walk away, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. A special thank you to the staff member, Go, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. His excellent service made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are all friendly and accomodating, one of them speak english and the the rest use google translate which is helpful. Aoi even help us bring our luggage on 4th floor. Every 2nd day they supply us new towel and collect our garbage. The hotel is close To train station and 7-11 and theres a restaurants close by (Sukiya) must try ☺️😋. I would definitely come back to Sakura and stay again. Arigato gozaimasu Sakura Cross Hotel

It's a small hotel with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor. The room is a bit stuffy because there are few windows, but the beds are comfortable and sufficient for 5 people.

Clean room, great staff - family room with bunk beds was surprisingly roomy for 4 adults. The space is well laid out and even had a table to eat on. Location close to 7-11 and train station and about 15 min walk to busy shopping area. Wish they had an elevator but staff helped us bring large luggage.

This hotel was humbling, because after walking all day walking up another 4 flights of stairs will definitely work you. Love how the train station, 7-11, laundry mat was so close by. The staff was friendly. Would recommend for small families!

Excellent Hotel for good price

Check in and check out from the hotel was incredibly easy. It was located in an excellent spot, super close walk to Shin-Okachimachi station or a bit of a longer walk to Okachimachi. The staff were incredibly polite, and the room was clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon! Good price for a good stay.
