We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, which made a big difference when traveling together. The location is super convenient—easy access to Tokyo Station and nearby transportation. The staff were friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcomed. Overall, it was comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We love that they have a room that sleeps 6 very comfortably, with a washing machine, a comforable living area with a microwave, stove, a large refrigerator and cooking utensils. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and personable.

We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to Tokyo Station and close to great food and shops. The property was clean in a safe area. It was conveniently located right next to a 7eleven store. Staff were great at the reception desk. The hotel offers a safe luggage storage with cables to lock it. The apartment rooms were clean and decent in size. The small kitchen area had all the amenities needed to cook and eat with. The only thing I did not like was the hallway accessing the elevator, it was so hot due to all the AC units fuming out hot air.

The hotel accommodated a family of 6 comfortably. Our room had two full-size bathrooms, which is great when you're trying to get out of the room quickly and explore. It's close to many convenience stores and train stations.

Close to Tokyo Station

Location is good, close to Tokyo Station and an easy trip to Tsukiji Fish Market. Rooms were small and the picture showed a washing machine, however there wasn’t one in the room. They did have a coin laundry in the building.
