The property is in an ideal location for visiting Akihabara. As well as having plenty of smalller off the main path restaurants nearby, you'll never run out of places to visit and eat at. The Lawson being basically next door is also super convenient. Definitely would recommend to everyone visting Japan and looking to stay near Akihabara.

The hotel is close walk to two train / subway stations and a quick walk to Akihabara. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly (they also speak English). There are many food options available within a 1 or 2 minute walk. Two convenience stores and a grocery store are also close by.

Good location near lots of restaurants and interesting areas to visit. Comfortable bed, and acceptable clealiness. Subway is a 5 min walk and train about a 10 min walk. Small room with little storage space, but this is typical is Tokyo.

I enjoyed my stay here. I always hope for a quiet room that does not look too old, and the room I got was both quiet and looked quite new. I stayed for 12 nights and had no complaints. The location right between Akihabara and Ueno was perfect for me. Short walk to 4 different train/subway stations.

The nonsmoking room smelt badly of cigarettes when we first checked in, and a damp smell permeated throughout our stay. There was an obvious water leak issue in the bathroom somewhere with stagnant water producing odours. The room itself had a small patch of mould in the corner. If was otherwise in a decent area with good food options and quick access to the tech district.
