"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. "The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me with forwarding my luggage to the next hotel without a hitch. "Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We originally booked for only part of our trip, however we extended twice during our stay due to the high quality of service. Very accomodating, kind and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent with high attention to detail. Rooms were quiet, comfortable beds.
