"This gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. "

"Not a huge fan of Hilton’s generally but this one is great. Really well designed hotel in a good location, excellent breakfast, lovely 20m indoor pool and a large well equipped gym. Only gripe is a lack of table service in the roof top bar which you would expect for a c£15 half pint of lager! The bar was the only area that seemed a bit disorganized; as if new staff each evening. We looked at more expensive hotels including the Four Seasons and glad we didn’t pay extra. Highly recommend the hotel"

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo. "

"Great location between Ueno and Akihabara, also a few blocks from Metro and JR Okachimachi. So not right in the thick of things but close enough for accessibility walkability: also great for shinkansen and mainline trains connections at Ueno Station. Plenty of coffee shops, conbini, izakaya in area outside - also the food streets between Ueno and Okachimachi stations. And of course Akiba... Hotel itself is compact, well-serviced and the customary helpful and attentive staff at reception. Laundry...
