"This gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. "

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Room was sufficient and clean. The location worked well for me to travel to other areas in the city and find easy dining options. I didn’t interact much with staff aside from the initial check-in but they were helpful there. "TRAVELERS: CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD COUNT AS ADULTS. EXPEDIA DOES NOT TELL YOU THIS. I would highly recommend this place if staying for a long period of time more than two or three nights. The hotel is extremely walkable to okochimache station and the market nearby. The staff are very friendly and the amenities offered are well worth the value. Our room had an amazing view of the trains and Tokyo skytree which made the stay extra memorable. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN 🙂"

"Really lovely room and nice staff. We had everything we needed and more. The TVs were easy to set up on Youtube for our daughter and the kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to have meals in our room. There are convenience stores and pharmacies very nearby and a vending machine next to the entrance. It was great to be able to leave our luggage there on our last day for free, and everything felt very safe. Recommend!"

"My friend and I were visiting from Canada and I would say this was probably my favourite hotel stay out of our entire trip. Our hotel was in a quiet area, yet really close to a lot of food places, a 7/11 (which is a travel essential) and multiple train lines. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and I always felt like I was in good hands. We also had breakfast included in our stay and the spread was always varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. "
