"In room washer-dryer is a plus, friendly staff, walking distance to street markets, big games, animates stores near by. Kitchen counter, toaster oven, fridge are included. The beds are big, comfortable and clean. We have a wonderful stay, walking distance to Ueno Park, Ueno station, Keisei ueno station. When we were there at the end of March, the cherry blossom were spotted. Thank you staff for our wonderful stay. "

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Loved this hotel, in a great location staff was friendly and helpful for both checking in and checking out but not needed other than that. Enemies were fine. I love the bathroom size and the room set up. The rooms are on the smaller end however, if you get joining rooms, it feels much bigger. Beds were comfortable, a perfect place to just sleep.

"Hotel is close to the station and offers coupon for local places to enjoy breakfast. I think the rooms were comfortable enough for the price. I requested non smoking room, there’s a non smoking sign in the room, room still smells like cigarettes. Other than the smell it’s nice to be away from electric town in a quieter location but still only 5-7minutes from the station "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean. The staff is friendly. The location was incredible. Walking distance to the train, a short walk to Akihabara, and still very quiet if you’re a light sleeper. The amenities were incredible - they even had hair straighteners and blow dry brushes! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"Wir waren zu zweit für vier Nächte im Hotel Resol. Das Zimmer war leider sehr sehr klein und an der ein oder anderen Stelle nicht ganz sauber (neben dem Bett sammelte sich Staub und etwas Dreck). Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral in Akihabara und hinter dem Fluss auch etwas ruhiger.
Das Frühstück können wir leider nicht empfehlen. Es gibt viele Fleisch/Fischprodukte und allgemein viele tierische Produkte. Zudem schmeckt es leider nicht sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist außerdem ziemlich beengt. "
