"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

The hotel team, especially the front desk staff, were consistently nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations prepared in our room for our younger daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her birthday...

"This was our second time staying here within a month. We had such a great time the first time we came back. The staff has been amazing for both stays. The room was clean, and has nice furnishings. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has also always gone above and beyond. The outdoor seating has heaters and blankets (for winter months). It's a cozy place to have a drink, dinner or deserts. There is so much to do around the hotel (even if your not interested in Anime). Would stay again. "
