After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. "Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "

"Location is very convenient to visit a variety of popular Tokyo neighborhoods, both by walking and via the nearby metro station. The neighborhood the hotel is located in is clean, quiet, and feels safe. It is nestled within Nihon University. There are also two Family Marts close by for late night snacks, drinks, and quick meals. "

"Great location - close to train station, plenty of restaurants near by, walking distance to Don Quijote, Uniqlo, 7-Eleven and Lawson. Akihabara is relatively close as well. Room sizes are quite decent and very clean. Would stay here again!"
