"The staff was beyond accommodating. They switched our rooms at no charge and the 24/7 room service was SO nice for our 4 year old who sometimes wakes up and needs warm milk to get back to bed. They are probably the sweetest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself is on the newer side and was gorgeous - I would stay here over the Disney hotels any day. It was a 12-20 minute walk to the parks depending on the direction you took. We cut through California Grand a lot and it was a straight shot. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to go back. "

"I already lost count of how many times I stayed in this hotel. I love it. It is convenient, it is in fair conditions, staff is great, selection of tv channels great, close to the theme parks, and you can see the fireworks from here. I will definitely come back soon."
