"If I could give this hotel a zero star I would. It was so disgustingly dirty, unkept, property falling apart, beds were rock hard and the breakfast is laughable. Breakfast consisted of cereal and rows of eggs waffles on a tray! The hallway carpets are BLACK of how dirty they are. Wallpaper peeling and dirty walls. Laundry was out of order - Every machine. Used the tram to travel to Disney and they don’t tell you where they are dropping you off or picking you up. Girl was texting while driving us too. Our keys randomly stopped working and it was a ton of other people that experienced the same thing at the same time and had to go downstairs to get with the manager. You can’t even crack the windows open so the room was so disgustingly humid especially after showering! No vent option to help. Never again will I stay here. I was definitely catfished by the pictures on Expedia. "

"There are a few issues that really need attention. I noticed a baby mouse in the gym, a broken faucet in the veterans’ area (not the shower), and the power outlets don’t seem to work properly—devices barely charge overnight, reaching only about 80% by morning. The pool area and outdoor tables are consistently dirty, often with leftover juice and coffee, even as early as 8:30 AM. Overall, both the interior and exterior of the building could use better maintenance and care. As an extra note that the trash pickups location is not good because the trash smells always next to the pool and outdoor sitting area. I’m sharing this honestly to help improve the place—not to complain, but to contribute. I care about Brea since I’m from OC, and I’d love to see it maintained the way it deserves. 💕 Dona Maria DM ANH"

"Clean and quiet hotel"

"This is definitely a local community Motel. The man at the front checked us into a room that I didn't book with double instead of queen beds. When I went to ask him about the room I booked he said that room didn’t exist. He said there wasn’t anything he could do like he couldn’t go to the store and buy us new beds. I never asked him to do that. I just asked for the room I booked. When I showed him pictures of the room he finally agreed to transfer us. The a/c didn’t work correctly and the place was dirty. Kitchenette was sticky and the room smelled terrible. The whole building doesn’t have any a/c. It desperately needs a paint job inside the rooms. Terrible pillows and most of the towels were shredded at the ends. Luckily we only had to stay one night. I thought it would be a good value with one king bed and two queens for my family of 5. I would not recommend and would get two hotel rooms with a chain instead. "
