Check in was very smooth. Staff was very accommodating. Great price and quality place to lay our heads after rocking out at a concert. Would recommend to anyone going to an event at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater.

Room had terrible odor, like tobacco, that lasted the 5 nights. Did complain to housekeeping. Our clothing stunk and had to be washed. Needs to be updated. Beds were good and room facing North was quiet. Staff only available at front desk certain times. Big fines if you don't empty garbage when checking out.

Front desk staff was polite, accommodating and friendly. However the room was not in good shape-it was clean, but it was worn down with stains all over (all flat surfaces) and very minimal anything (things that weren’t attached and probably for a valid reason). I just stayed one night so I was okay with it.

The furniture is all torn up - walls are all banged up. There wasn't even a disposable cup in the room. No ice machine at an extended stay hotel! The front desk staff were nice. Silver lining was that the air conditioning worked well.

Staff support was next to zero. We had no working TV for 2 days. The internet at best was spotty. We had heavy snow fall and plowing of lot was terrible especially for handicap residents. There was no chair in the room initially and the one we got was damaged. As an extended stay hotel the accommodations were poor.
