"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Nice new hotel, gym was very small & there wasn’t much going on in any of the bars or restaurants. Rooms were nice, new and clean. Paid a good price so didn’t feel too expensive either."

"Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...
