"The manager was hosting a gathering for guests as we entered, making the hotel feel warm and welcoming. Lots of good vibes! The desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the service people were chatty, warm, and welcoming. I'm not quite sure how this hotel has a 9+ rating as it is at the point of needing a makeover. But everything worked, the water was hot, and the beds comfy."

"Solid location right by I75. Great friendly service; clean rooms. Outdoor pool was heated, so we enjoyed an unexpectedly nice swim, too! Good hot breakfast with waffles/eggs/potatoes/sausage/cereals/bagels/bananas/ect- they filled constantly. We traveled with our XL dog- 27$ pet free was reasonable. "

"The lady that checked me in was friendly and did not hesitate to accommodate my request for a bathtub. Every time I travel alone or with my grown children we always stay in LaQuinta. "

"Lovely staff. Clean area. Finding front of hotel interesting, but location allows one to walk if they choose to many different places for food. Breakfast was good and very filling. Pool was cool but apologized and comped our breakfast. All in all, highly recommend"

"This Spark hotel was a pleasant surprise over and over. It is probably a remodel of an existing hotel (which shows in the hallways) but it feels fresh and well-designed. Nice quality fixtures. Smart extending desk. Copious plug-ins for devices. Sink, shower and tub area were fresh and worked well. For breakfast, you get a bagel bar, plus yogurt and OJ. And that bed! I don't remember when I have felt so delightfully cushioned, pillowed and duveted!"

. great breakfast, (no tea bags, though). it must be a southern thing, because none of the hotels i stayed at had tea bags. huge room, very clean. This hotel had the Dove squeezable toiletries. That is such a great idea! wonderful. "
