"Found a roach crawling up the wall in the room."

"PLEASE READ, LOTS OF INFO *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen."

"My room was clean and the staff was very professional. However, check-in took quite a while since numerous guests were checking in all at the same time. "

"Comfy and great view. Yet I’ve just seen the invoice for valet parking and it is more than double what I have ever paid all around the world and they do not tell you beforehand. And there are no other options for parking so they really should be upfront about this as I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. It feels dishonest. "

The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. "We WERE repeat customers until this past weekend. Do not waste your money on this place. Overcrowded, hazardous conditions and not enough staff or security to keep rogue customers in check. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as we had to cut our weekend short 7 hours in. She couldn’t even swim in the pool without being knocked over by other kids. At night there was screaming and yelling up the halls, outside and above our head was banging to the point where we could not even watch tv or fall asleep. This place has changed for the worse!"
