"We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are in the area."

"The staff were genuinely very helpful and provided excellent service. We were able to park our car for free. Considering the price we paid, it’s hard to complain too much. In my opinion, the hotel management has done the best they can within this budget range, and there were even a few nice little surprises in the room. The room was a bit damp, and the air conditioning was quite noisy other than this staff was so helpful."

"When you first walk in you feel like you walking into a 5 star hotel, once I got checked in and made it to my room, I walk in to a dirty room, the beds wasn’t made, the bathroom was filthy and it was like the tub wasn’t cleaned in months, then the new room I was assigned to had mold on the ceiling, then they advertised a bar, breakfast, and pool, the pool was green the entire time I was there couldn’t use the pool at all, the bar and kitchen was closed the entire stay as well, I would say it was the worst hotel I ever stayed at"

"We booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. The drop-off was fine. The pick-up was terrible. We waited an hour for pick-up and the shuttle never arrived after a few calls. We ended up getting a taxi to get back to the hotel to pick up our car."
