"I paid for a king and received a double. At 830 am in the morning housekeeping knocked on the door and walked into the room. When I brought this to their attention I was told the manager would contact me and I have heard nothing"

"Breakfast was subpar and very limited. The elevator broke down while we were there, the property is very old, the rooms feel moist and smell like there’s some moisture damage when the air conditioning is on. Housekeeping staff is extremely loud and they slam the doors for hours on end when they’re cleaning at 6am to noon. Front desk was pleasant and accommodating but I didn’t like they allowed a group of Hispanics to just hang out in the lobby throughout the day into the late hours of the night. They made me and my guest very uncomfortable with their piercing stares every time we entered the lobby to get on the elevator. For the amount of money they charge per night I’d expect a lot more convenience, peace and security. "

"Overall, this was a decent stay. The hotel itself was clean, and check-in was smooth, which made arrival easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially when we realized the TV in our original guest room was broken. They moved us to another room down the hall pretty quickly, and I appreciated how easily they handled it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the elevator moved at a very slow pace, so that was a little frustrating. Even with those issues, the staff helped keep the experience fairly positive."

"Didn't do breakfast early flight. Front desk staff excellent. So was van shuttle driver both stays. This time room 157 alot of loud door slamming outside room and cooling auto wasn't working had to punch continous button then finally cooled room right. "

"When I arrived they told me the double queen sized room that I prepaid for was sold out. So I had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Then when I get in the room there’s no linen for the sofa bed. I had to call twice for someone to bring some. There were only about four towels in the bathroom so I called the front desk to get some. Only to be told there were none and that housekeeping needed to wash more. Then I had to deal with a rude employee in the restaurant area. I have never experienced anything like this during my stay at a hotel. It was horrible!"
