"I stayed for almost a week here while I was looking for a new apartment in the area for a job relocation. The parking garage isn't large, but they're tandem spaces. You'd leave your key with the front desk in case someone has you blocked in, which is why they ask you to pull all the way forward, however the week I stayed, I saw this was almost never the case. They even were repainting the spaces and red zones and there was still plenty of parking available. Front desk staff was kind & friendly....

"Price was one of the more reasonable hotels in LA but we were shocked that (1) they didn't clean daily & it seems they would charge us if we asked for it (2) the kitchenette had NOTHING & we had to make several requests for the cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, etc & maybe they had it or maybe they didn't! (3) we had a table in the room for separate eating area but NO chairs even after we asked! (4) the shower was TERRIBLE - very strong but the water went everywhere except on us, so we all had to take a longer time in the shower to get clean! (5) the lift made the loudest noise when landing & when the door was opening! (6) staff weren't the most warm / helpful - attitude like "oh well""
