I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL "

"I've been to many hotels in Mamaia during low season, this is one of the nicest I've been to. Cozy room, nice restaurant, professional receptionists. There were very few people at the hotel, therefore breakfast was to be ordered from a menu. Still good variety of choices."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
