We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was adequate. Good connections to the old town. I don't recommend the city tour after dark, it took almost 2 hours, we toured the wonderful harbor areas, which we couldn't get any idea of, at least not in the dark, it was a bit of a strange trip.

The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The restaurant is reasonably priced for evening meals but the service is mediocre. The hotel lacks a proper bar, a glaring omission. There is a bus stop (Dorna) directly outside the hotel with a frequent service to Constanza. (Recommend weekly ticket).

Comfy stay

I went back to this hotel after 4 years from my previous stay here and I would recommend it. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant is good and they have a great pool and spa service where to rest after a working day.

Stayed for 5 nights for a beach wedding. This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we both got great sleeps. The pool and spa were great and breakfast was good. Really happy and would definitely return.

Decent hotel

It’s 4* for Romanian standards but only 3 stars for the American standards. It’s a good hotel but don’t expect the service of the 4&5 stars treatment ratings. Clean, decent location to Mamaia Beach but we ultimately drive all the way to Neptune Beach where it was much better and spent an entire day there instead. Mamaia was overrated. This hotel was overall nice stay though.

The checkin was relatively old fashioned, I had to give quite a lot of personal data, which I did not like. The beds were very hard and unconfortable, the window blinds let all the light in, it was noisy outside and extremely hot in the rooms. The breakfast was ok, had an ok selection but at the standard of a 2-3 star hotel. There was no free water bottle offered in the room, so I had to purchase one from the mini-bar. At check out they wanted to have double the price written on the price list in the room, and the lady did not believe me that the price was different. I had to wait until they went to the room to read the price, and she did not even apologize for the waiting and for such behavior of trying to charge more! The sauna area is ok, but way too cold. The pool is very nice and recommended.

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Die Zimmer waren in einwandfreiem Zustand und wir hatten einen Balkon auf der Rückseite mit Blick auf den See. Das kostenlose Spa ist klein aber sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Neben dem Schwimmbad gibt es eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Man bekommt alles, was man braucht vom Bademantel bis zum Handtuch. es hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
