This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very tasty breakfast with good choice, free spa and parking, big, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. I have something to compare with, especially considering the good price for accommodation.

Nice cozy hotel but needs to invest in comfort

The hotel is a bit isolated without beach access. No exterior pool but cozy inside one. Rooms silent even overlooking the road, ample room and bath. Nicely decorated. Comfort can improve if they feel the gap of two twin beds together.

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, but I wasnt wowed. Biggest con was not having control of room temperature. This is locked for the season so no AC despite some warmer days that made the room a bit stuffy. Location is great between lake and sea!

Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well. We had two massages (don't know the name of the lady) and we were very happy with it. Our only but is the room service/restaurant, as we always had to go down to order, despite having the menu in the room. We had a room facing the lake and it was really spacious, with shower AND bathtub, they give you plenty amenities (more than we actuay needed), wich are refilled everyday with the service. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a mattress topper when the bed is set as double, as you can feel the gap between the twins, which is inconvenient when sleeping with your couple. Surrounding area of the hotel is not bad at all, IF you know the safe route (cross the pedestrian pass closest the hotel and walk by the sea side, to avoid all the traffic), you will find many restaurants, bars and supermarkets not even 15 minutes from the hotel. Overall, very recommendable, very clean and taken care of. Thank you for everything!

Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL

The hotel is located on a busy street, so every time you get to the beach, you have to cross a six-lane road. Breakfast was good, but we ate the same thing for five days. There wasn't much variety, and the ladies kept taking their plates right out of their faces after putting down their cutlery. Unfortunately, our room was infested with ants, and we have photos to prove it.

The sauna/spa was very nice, small and cozy, if you are a person that loves privacy and not much crowd this is the best season for you to visit late September. I loved the property inside out. Everything looks new and welcoming, the lake view rooms are very relaxing to watch the sunset, better get the room with the balcony. I could definitely visit again.

The standards of the rooms and especially the bathrooms are very high. The hotel is completely clean and there is nothing disturbing. breakfast was good. I prefer this hotel in my travels to Romania, i tried many hotels, this place is very nice in all respects.

Insgesamt ordentliches Hotel. New splendid heisst Zimmer nach hinten anstatt nach vorne zur lauten Strasse. Unbedint empfehlenswert. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht so schön wie gezeigt und recht schnell gut gefüllt. Im Zimmer fehlt bei der Whirl Badewanne ein Vorhang zum Duschen. Minibar durch Zimmerservice leider nicht aufgefüllt. Am enttäuschendsten ist aber das Frühstück. Lieblos mit viel Industrieware (z.b keine Fruchtsäfte sondern irgendwelche Limonaden und nur Scheibenbrot aus dem Beutel statt frische Aufbackware). Das Personal ist unmotiviert, schlürft durchs Restaurant und trägt teilweise Kopfhörer bei der Arbeit. Sehr schlechte Visitenkarte falls man sich überlegt dort zu essen.

Tout est parfait. A 5 minutes de la plage, avec une belle piscine intérieure pour finir une bonne journée après la plage, chambre au calme côté lac, très confortable, belle salle de bains, bonne literie. Personnel accueillant, ce qui n'est pas si courant en Roumanie. Petit déjeuner incroyable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Baissez le chauffage et tout sera parfait !

Excellent séjour. Seul point défavorable, plus de 25°C dans la chambre (et dans tout l'hôtel) et impossible même en ouvrant la fenêtre de faire baisser la température.

Presque parfait mais baissez le chauffage !!!

Presque rien à redire, si ce n’est la chaleur (impossible de descendre sous 24 degrés) dans la chambre avec le chauffage qui tourne à fond partout dans l’hôtel !
