Parking for me was a bit of an issue, due to how busy it was and all the parking in the area is paid. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and included breakfast was nice.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.

Nice hotel, on the beach.

The location is very nice. Right on the beach front. The staff was friendly, they even sent my my phone charger via courier, that I had forgotten in the room.

Verblijf was prima

Het hotel is goed gelegen en eten is ok . Ontbijt moet je op tijd nemen want wordt slecht bijgevuld . In douche liep het water slecht weg , vloer was verkeerd gelegd dus kon niet gerepareerd worden , jammer want was een mooie badkamer .

Um bom lugar para conhecer o Mar Negro

O hotel fica a poucos metros da praia, mas longe do centro da cidade de Constanta. Como fui no outono, não havia nada aberto ao redor do hotel. É preciso estar de carro ou pegar ônibus para ir almoçar e jantar. No verão, no entanto, a área deve fervilhar de atividades. Quanto ao hotel, está tudo novo, em bom funcionamento e os funcionários são atenciosos. O único senão, pelo menos no quarto em que fiquei, é o tamanho. É bem apertadinho, embora tenha tudo o que é necessário. O ponto alto é a varanda, que no verão deve fazer toda a diferença.

Nice hotel, small bathrooms

Our stay was nice overall. The hotel looks nice, it is very clean and rather tasteful decorated. However, the bathrooms, were incredibly small (at least for the standard rooms). You were actually sitting on the toilet with the radiator in your face. I read about the dimension of the bathroom in other reviews, but you cannot describe how small they were. Breakfast was good, you could find options for vegetarians and vegan, and staff was nice.

Kindergerten? Jedenfalls kein Hotel

Zunächst das Positive: das Zimmer war sauber. Zimmer und Bad waren aber absolut winzig. Auf den Fluren sprangen dutzende schreiende Kinder umher. Und das bis in die späte Nacht hinein. Das Empfangspersonal (Zimmer war 10 Meter dahinter im gleichen Stockwerk) hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Zu dem dauerhaften Geschrei und Türenschlagen kam noch ein Lüftungsgerät im Hotelflur das durchgehend laut am röhren (mutmaßlich defekt) war. Da viel es kaum ins Gewicht, dass die Federn der minderwertigen Matratze in die Rippen gestochen haben. Essen ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber ich bin zweimal über das Frühtücksbuffet gelaufen und habe nichts für mich appetitliches gefunden. Ach ja, falls die Fotos den Eindruck eines Pools aufkommen lassen: nein, das ist ein Springbrunnen mit grüner Brühe drin.

Not the best service but nice hotel

Bra och strandnära hotell. Dock var rummet väldigt litet och trångt för två personer och servicen var inte den bästa eller trevligaste. Vi möttes av personal som undrade varför vi inte hade ringt och sagt när vi skulle anlända, och var aningen irriterade, vilket är ovanligt för andra hotell och ingenting vi visste om eller informerade om att vi behövde göra.
