"I would say, that this hotel is all-in-one hotel. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. "This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"The hotel is right behind the Fukuoka Hakata train station, which is very convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback is that you can hear a little bit of the street sounds at night and must keep the curtains closed to keep out the lights from the neon signs."
