１人で２泊お世話になりました。 新幹線で２４時少し前に小倉駅に到着。雨が降っていたこともあり、タクシーで向かい、ワンメーターで到着。タクシーもエントランスギリギリまでつけて頂けました。 ２４時前でしたが、フロントに２名で待って頂いており、笑顔で迎えて頂きました。 お部屋はダブルベットで広めでした。窓際にテーブル椅子もあり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。 アメニティもしっかり揃っており、部屋着もありました。 ２日目にお部屋のお掃除はしないようにして、出かけ、夜戻ると、部屋のドアノブに部屋着、タオル一式、お風呂マットを袋に入れて掛けて下さってました。ありがとうございました。 「さすか！日本！」と嬉しくなりました！ 建物は多少古さはありますが、心温まる気持ちにして頂きました。 ありがとうございました！

建物は古くなっているものと思われますがお部屋の中は清潔に保たれていました。館内の感染症対策も適切。問合せに対するレスポンスが遅かったものの、しっかりと対応してくださっていました。目の前がコンビニで、旦過市場にも近くて便利でした。

小倉駅から徒歩10分程度と立地は良いとは言えないけれども川に面していてとても開放感を感じました。清掃が非常に行き届いていてホテルの古さはまったく感じない。近くに井筒屋や歓楽街があるので買い物や食事の選択肢は多いので小倉ステイを満喫出来ます。スタッフの方も気さくに話しかけてくださったり、地図なども下さってとてもいい対応でした。コスパは非常に高いホテルだと思います。

フロントの方や部屋まで案内の方のサービスは良い対応をしていただけました。 レストランの方(年配の女性)対応が良くなかったのが残念でした。 お客さんが飲み物をこぼして戸惑っていてもそ知らぬ顔。 挨拶もしっかりできていないように感じました。

川のそばで、小倉駅、小倉城も近くロケーションが良かったです。 レセプションでのホットタオルが最高でした。冷えきった骨身にしみたなぁ〜。

建物自体は古く、駅から若干歩かなければなりません。ですが、小倉城付近のイルミネーションがきれいです。次回も利用したいと思います。
