The hotel location is extremely convenient for anyone who is traveling in the area. The hotel itself has a lot of useful amenities as well (self service laundry, an above average spacious gym as far as Asian hotel goes), the staff are nice and the space very clean the only down side is the room is still on the smaller size for the price you pay (and considering the city) and the property is older. The breakfast buffet is mostly lukewarm (which is quite annoying as far as Asian meal goes) and can be quite chaotic (as the breakfast hour ends at 10:30am, what they meant is they want the space empty and done with breakfast by 10:30am...they start busting and cleaning around 10:15am so get your food and ready to finish up around 10:00am.)

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and the location is superb. Literally outside Hakata station. Breakfast is good but need to change sometimes, the food is good but if you eat same breakfast everyday the whole time you stay you will get tired of eating the same kind of food.

Excellent location right next to Hakata Station. (When looking for it, be sure to take the Chikushi exit side.) I was only here for one night but I received premium service from the staff. My room was small but just enough for one person, and it also very modern and chic. My favorite part was the breakfast buffet.
