"Amazing experience!"

"A very last minute stay for me and was very convenient for Waterloo station. The staff could not be more helpful and overall it’s a decent place to stay. Only issue were the soundproofing isn’t great and I was given an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t ideal for me."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was perfect"

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. "Martins at the Gordon ramzi was the most amazing and welcoming host. A special thanks to him for making this trip an amazing one."

"Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited. Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps. No shower curtain so you could spray the room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms. The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool....

"Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room."

"We really enjoy the decor. The breakfast was great and the staff really friendly. Clean room and all areas where spotless !!"

"Loved the rooms. Very innovative. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and innovative."
