"I stayed one night pre-cruise, and I couldn't hsve asked for a better experience. In the months proor to ny arrival, they answered my questions and accomodated my requests. They reached out ahead of time to schedule dinner reservations too. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly and helpful. They took care of everything, breakfast was scheduled, a taxi was scheduled, and the room was on the ground floor as requested, I loved jt and will stay there again if I am ever back in Southampton. "

"The woman managing the place was very kind and helpful. She gave us tips for walking around the area and finding restaurants. "The location of the house was a short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. The house itself was well looked after and clean.
