"Breakfast was sausage and pancakes as main dishes every day. (Four days) Great location....a mile from Mallory square. 1. Less than a mile to Malory Square. 2. Two pools. 3. Street level room; 106. 4. Only parking spaces for four vehicles. 5. Aircraft take off and fly right over Ambrosia Hotel. 6. Breakfast was cool pancakes and sausage daily. We were there four days. Ate out forth day. 7. TV and internet extremely slow. Screen “freezes” every minute or two. Impossible to conduct business...

"We had never visited the area prior to this visit. Really didn't know what to expect. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Arrived way too early to check in. We were able to stash our luggage at the desk so we could start our vacation. Staff suggested a great lunch place and offered to text us as soon as our room was ready. The location was AWESOME! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely have brunch at Blue Heaven, lunch or drinks at Ramshead, Cuban food at El Siboney is...

"This inn is in the heart of old town Key West. It’s an old property that includes gorgeous lush courtyards full of trees and plants of all kind and a pool. A resident cat greated me for breakfast. Was in Key West for a wedding which was walking distance to the light house venue right across from Hemingway house. Perfect location and perfect place to chill. Oh, and had to have Cuban coffee each day. "

"We had to rooms across the street at a home they own. We were only there for 1 night. Everything was great except maybe the very thin windows. It is an old house and I don’t think there is much they can do to make it better. The noise inside was like you had a window open all night. The roosters will wake you up in the middle of the night and so will any neighbors that come home at 2 am or leave at 7 am. Other than that everything was great. "Great location! Overall great place with friendly & helpful staff. I enjoyed having breakfast included. Our room needed some updating. Our bathroom door was water damaged and the particle board door was leaving debris on the floor. The window A/C is very loud. The hot water in our friends room didn’t always work but eventually would come on. "

"Location was great. Quiet street. Breakfast and Happy Hour was wonderful. Friendly staff. Location of our room was not great. Right outside the food bar and bottom of the steps. At night the guests returning were loud and obnoxious and woke us from our sleep. The guests across the hall locked themselves out of their room and were yelling and cussing at each other. There is no one on staff present overnight. Only a phone number for after -hours issues. "

"The private pool is not private. It is near the walkways so everyone walking by can see into the pool/your room. The bar on the roof deck is small and the seats are not comfortable. The staff was awful, unfriendly, rude, and acted as we were bothering them. From the moment we arrived it was really disappointing."
