"The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. "

"Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"Room was clean. Young girl at the front desk was nice. Pool was under maintenance and not open which we were not aware of till we checked in at 5pm. Good Breakfast - had fresh hot options."

"Perfect location to the event we were attending. Loved the parking with access to our hall. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch. We always came back to fresh towels and trash taken out. Also accommodating with a conjoining room with friends staying."

"The 1st and second rooms were semi-clean except the table chairs and also the jetted tub in the first room was broken and they were unable to fix so we moved to another room with a jetted tub the next day and refunded us $25.00. After moving to the second room again the table chairs were not clean. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Linda. Breakfast was good and parking was extremely good. Overall, I would stay again."

"This facility, though I suspect it's far from new, feels much newer. Modern feeling, bright, clean. Our room (single king) was spacious, attractive, comfortable. quiet. The breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit - far more than the typical continental breakfast fare. Overall, it seems equivalent to motels a higher price points."
