Always enjoy staying at the Tru properties. First time traveling with a pet and all went very well, even though it was 4th of July and fireworks went on and on (expected that).

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, especially the supervisor man. He wanted to charge me a fee for my son’s special needs dog. Extremely noisy during quiet hours. I had to report someone stomping above my room three times. Beds were extremely hard.

Softest hotel bed I've ever stayed in! So comfy! The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. A fun and great family friendly hotel! Games in the lobby and a great indoor pool. Super clean and nice! Felt safe the whole time! Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the property, as well as the efficient setup of the rooms. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very social in the lobby area with fun and interesting sitting areas. The only thing that was not a plus for us was the parking, it seemed a bit limited, but we will definitely book again when we are visiting our family in the Hillview area.
