"We stayed at Hotel Avisa AFTER Labor Day and so there were no crowds…. We had the best room on the 3rd floor with the balcony and ocean view. The ladies at the front desk were very supportive. The covered parking garage was safe."

"The room was small but well appointed. Small refrigerator and microwave. Nice shower. We are informed there was no air conditioning but the open window and ceiling fan made it a comfortable temperature. A box fan was stored in the closet if we needed. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Fireside Inn in Morro Bay. The facility was safe, comfortable and clean. The staff was delightful, helpful and friendly. We'd stay here again without any question. However, I would prefer NOT to stay in the same room abutting the electrical equipment room (104) which had a slight continuous buzzing noise from the buildings water heater system. It wasn't unpleasant just constant and it in fact didn't impair our great night of blissful sleep. We definitely would recommend...
