"Very new and clean property, right on the water in the center of the Embarcadero close to everything. It's a tiny property with 8 rooms and no lobby (you check in at the gift shop downstairs), but they keep all of the things you might need handy, including filtered water and extra coffee and towels. The bed is amazingly comfortable and warm. We had the smallest balcony in the Mermaid unit but it still had everything we needed included a great view and the firepit worked perfectly. There's...

Complimentary tea, hot chocolate, and fruit in the office. A great value. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property is in a state park, there are many beautiful sites and walks nearby. When we stayed the rookery next door was full of nesting cormorants. Loved all the bird songs & sounds each morning and enjoyed watching them build nests and bring food to the young hatchlings. All this and you could easily walk into town or it’s a short 5 minute drive. I will definitely stay here again."

"The parking is the worst if you own a 1/2 ton truck, so you’re better off parking on the street with low risk of meter maid tickets. My room did not have an ocean view, but I walked over on the second floor there is a patio that has that Ocean view. Walking distance to the Embarcadero is what makes this Hotel the best location."

"The location was very good and just couple of mins walk to the morrobay deck. Room was clean, spacious, excellent bay view from the window. Only concern was, the mini fridge was not working and the coffee maker was not clean. I dint complain about that to the staff as I dint really use them. I definitely recommend this place."
