"Breakfast was just a soggy croissant filled with cheese and different meats. Room was clean a little on the dated sude for the bathroom & bedroom fans. The slidong glass doors definitely needed help."

"Staff was very nice. Easy, fast check-in. Very helpful. Requested extra blanket was delivered promptly. Clean room. Nice balcony. Good sized mini-fridge. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all provided. Barwas not available in the afternoon (hey we were on vacation ha ha). Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Slow service but very nice staff and decent food. Don’t choose this place if it’s for the pool or hot tub. Tons of kids in hot tub until 10pm. Water was just lukewarm anyway. ."

"This place was awesome above and beyond! They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and free bottled water is a huge plus. They slso think of all the little things to make your stay and experience even better. I was beyond please and satisfied with the service and easy check-in. Everything was so easy and smooth and the ambiance of the area and rooftop patio was the best! And the rooms are so clean! Will definitely come back!"

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional which made check in and check out a positive experience. The complimentary breakfast was also a fantastic amenity featuring a wide variety of items to choose from. My biggest and really only complaint would be the quality of mattresses and pillows. Both were extremely uncomfortable, the bed was very rigid and the pillows were extremely worn and flat providing little to no head support. Additionally the elevators Occupational safety and health permit displayed inside the elevator was expired which doesn’t instill confidence that the hotels safety standards are taken seriously. In the end you get what you pay for and while I think there are some issues our stay wasn’t incredibly impacted by their shortcomings."
