"First room we were allocated was freezing and had only 2 small plug in radiators for us to try and warm the room up. However the receptionist kindly found us another room of the same standard but which was far nicer (& warmer)!"

"On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful."

"This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well....

"The car park was a little difficult to find but with guidance from reception staff we found it. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However there was a fridge right beside the bed that was omitting light at nighttime! Not the ideal place and odd that it had a light inside when closed.
