"Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were so lovely and their home cooked breakfast was delicious! The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you boys! We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly stay again! "

"Just another fabulous stay enhanced by Marta . Her love for her job and her caring way for her guests is just charming and she goes above and beyond to make everything so perfect . If I could give her 10 stars I would. I love this hotel so much and given the choice I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay. The Eden Suite is just beautiful and I loved , loved, loved the hot tub. Lovely guy on reception who checked me in( sorry I didn’t get his name) The whole stay was beyond wonderful ! Marta .....

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again."
