"Staff and location were great, plus included parking. Very near to the Baltic Triangle so plenty of good places to eat/drink/shop. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom design as the shower cubicle was very tight and only had a fixed shower head. The rooms were very hot even with the window open and fan on so I wouldn't recommend visiting when it is above 20C outside. Didn't have breakfast or dinner so can't comment on the food."

"4* price, 2* service.
We stayed at the Leonardo for 2 nights for a family weekend away. There were various aspects about the stay that were distinctly average, and in particulat the customer service was somewhere between poor and rude.
The location is good, rooms were good, breakfast was good, but the service was comparable to a 2* hotel which also exist in the area at lower prices.
If I was booking again, I would use one of those and I would recommend others to consider the Premier Inn...

"Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable."

"Quiet room though we were on the ground floor and had no view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine; the best onion bhajis of my life so they are THOROUGHLY recommended. We went in the sauna and the outdoor hot tub- that was amazing. All in all, a good stay and I would definitely return."
