"I had an excellent stay at Zocalo Central. As soon as we arrived Antonio was welcoming and efficient. The room felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the shower pressure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to nearest landmark. At check-out Christian was attentive and efficient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for value and modern hotel that delivers consistently."

The free breakfast and food including is amazing and way above average then normal with the taste and quality exceding my expectation and 24 hour our service. The drinks were very good including alcohol and coffee. The location was center of everything and easily walking distance in central sites. This is my second time and will male it a third when I return.."

"We thought the shuttle to and from airport was included. They wanted to charge $150 for 4 people. Also thought breakfast was included but it said for a "fee" and we thought it said "free". Otherwise hotel was very clean, in the middle of city and staff was very nice."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"The breakfast package we purchased with the room, was not that good, in my honest opinion. we only ate it 1 of the 3 mornings we were there. thankfully, there are lots of restaurants and pastry shops in walking distance! but the hotel was 10/10! very nice staff, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and clean! would stay here again, just wouldn't purchase the breakfast package or eat lunch at the hotel."

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

L hotel si trova vicinissimo alla piazza di Zocalo e nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi negozi oltre il corso. C’è anche la fermata metro e offrono anche il deposito bagagli "

"Stay for 2 nights and both days had issues with A/C"

"The apartment was fine. 2bd, 2 bath in good condition. Nelson who is staff was excellent, very attentive and super helpful. The issue is the noise. Very difficult to sleep, the window pane is thin and you can hear everything happening in the street. You would have motorcycles passing by at all hours of the night and would wake you up because of the exhaust, and then they would rev the engine. It was difficult to get a good night sleep every night. "

"Estás muy cerca del centro, hay muchísimas tiendas por ahí e incluso zonas turísticas como la Torre Latino, la Catedral, Palacio Nacional, el Zócalo, Bellas Artes, Correo Mayor, etc."

"Breakfast buffet was great. We found a kotex wrappers under our bed and a open pad stuck to the comforter. Thankfully it appeared to be unused but still gross. There are no hot tubs. There are 3 jetted areas of the pool that are the same temp as the pool. "
