"It was very well presented in all aspects. The kitchen staff were good and helpful. The reception staff were well dressed and presented themselves very professionally rooms were very neat and clean. Would come again when visiting my mother everything is nearby."

Went to use pool and sauna etc to hear one of the staff moaning that a child had poo’ed in the children’s pool and it was now out of action and on top of that the steam room had packed up and no staff. "We had a two night stay here for our anniversary. Cannot fault anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. "

"Overall a lovely stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. A nice room and very clean. The only downfall was the shower water was really hot, even on the lowest setting. Having a shower wasn't very enjoyable, which was a shame as the bathroom was really lovely with a rainfall shower head, but I had to stay out of the stream and splash the water on me. But we did mention it to them on checkout so hopefully it can be easily resolved, because the hotel was really nice. Unfortunately parking...

"Beautiful property and had an amazing visit. Pity the property doesn’t have Aircon in the rooms. With the current heatwave it made it very hot inside the building . I understand it’s because it’s an old historical building and there are restrictions."

"Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy.
