"Every staff member we interacted with was spectacular. Housekeeping in the room ensured a clean space, fresh towels, and turned down bed every day of our stay. The shade blinds and blackout blinds were like new, and the HVAC worked great. Dust around the ceiling sprinkler, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, and historic elevator sounds while riding the lift were clues that the property wasn't as new as it otherwise appeared. "Clean room, helpful staffs"

"Frantically ran 5 blocks to find a hotel for two nights when our flight got canceled. Lost my debit card on my way to the hotel and was helped by the staff to secure my room. The roof top bar is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are super cute and have a theme of some nature (ours had some broadway stuff from the cursed child), and we were less than a 15 minute walk from time square. We also had a beautiful view of the city from our room. My only cautionary warning is that the AC only goes to 67...

"Look, you get what you pay for. It's a budget hotel with some modern design elements. The first come first serve croissant/bagels is kind of crazy. Also, the bed is not very comfortable and the shower is tiny. I would say it's good, not great."
